At five months, Dominic was 21 pounds, 28.5 inches, which was only half a pound and less than half an inch bigger than he was at four months. So we thought maybe he was finally slowing down a bit, but at six months, he came roaring back to 23 and a half pounds and 29.5 inches. (He doesn't have another weight/height measurement checkup until he's nine months old, so for the moment, we have to rely on more anecdotal evidence like his continuing to outgrow his clothes to be certain that he continues to grow longer, if not wider!)
Some of the growth is no doubt attributable to Dominic's considerable skills as a trencherman! Since going on solids, he has not turned up his nose at any food (except broccoli, and really, who wouldn't turn up their nose at boiled mashed broccoli). After his six month birthday, we started to feed him in his high chair, because holding him in our laps for spoonfeeding was a messy business, as you can see from the way the peas are more on Dominic here than in Dominic:
The high chair was an immediate hit:
And so was yogurt:
The only difficulty we have these days is in convincing Dominic that not all plants are food for humans:

And that he still isn't old enough to eat everything we eat:
